A Support Coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, explore your options, and connect with the supports you choose. Their role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance and coordination while you remain in control of all decisions.
At Autism Intuition, our Support Coordinators work at your pace, listen to what matters to you, and support you to use your plan in a way that aligns with your goals and preferences.
Support Coordination is available to NDIS participants who have funding for it included in their plan.
If you're unsure whether you have this funding, we're happy to help you check and explain your options.
A Support Coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, explore support options, and coordinate the services you choose. They work alongside you to support your goals, problem-solve when things change, and ensure your voice and preferences guide every decision.
A Plan Manager looks after the financial and administrative side of your NDIS plan. This includes paying invoices, processing claims, tracking budgets, and providing clear reports so you can see how your funding is being used.
Many people choose to have both a Support Coordinator and a Plan Manager, as the roles support different parts of your NDIS journey. If you need help finding a Plan Manager, we’re happy to share recommendations that align with your preferences.

No. You remain in control of all decisions. Our role is to provide information, options and support so you can make informed choices that feel right for you.
No. You don't need to know what supports you want or how the NDIS works.
Reaching out is simply a way to start a conversation and we'll take things step by step with you.
Yes. You’re welcome to refer yourself, your child or another family member. Referrals are also accepted from carers and professionals.
Yes. We support participants to prepare for plan reviews by gathering reports, reviewing goals and helping you feel confident going into the meeting.
You can contact us, make a referral or simply send us a message. We’ll talk things through and explain the next steps, there’s no obligation to proceed.
You’re still welcome to contact us. We can talk through where you’re at and help explain what your options might be.
Once we receive your message or referral, we’ll review the information you’ve shared and get in touch using your preferred contact method. We’ll take time to listen, answer any questions and talk through your situation and options.
There’s no obligation to proceed and nothing moves forward without your agreement. We’ll go at your pace and support you to decide what feels right for you.
We support both children and adults and we work closely with families, carers and support networks as directed by the participant.
We’re based in Northgate, QLD and support participants across North Brisbane, the Moreton Bay Region, and surrounding areas. Remote Support Coordination may also be available.
Yes. Face-to-face appointments can be arranged by request. We also offer phone and online appointments, depending on what works best for you.
Yes. Any information you share with us is treated respectfully and confidentially, in line with privacy requirements.
That’s completely okay. Many people feel this way. We take a calm, supportive approach and work in your own time and space.
You’re free to pause, change direction or decide not to proceed at any point. There’s no pressure or obligation.
