Understanding Your NDIS Plan

We break down your plan in simple, clear language so you know what your funding covers, how to use it confidently, and what each category means for your goals.

Solving Problems

If something isn’t working, we talk through options together and only move forward with solutions that you choose. Your voice guides every step, ensuring all changes reflect your goals and your consent.

Finding the Right Supports

We help you explore options, compare providers and choose supports that feel right for you - from therapy and community access to early intervention and capacity-building services.

Staying On Track

We offer regular check-ins, budget reviews and progress monitoring - but how often and how this happens is always up to you. Any changes or updates only occur with your direction and approval.

Making Things Happen

We send referrals, arrange appointments and communicate with providers as directed by you. You stay in control of who is involved in your supports and how they work with you.

Preparing for Plan Reviews

We help gather reports, write summaries and prepare for your plan meeting — but you decide what goes forward, how your story is told and what goals you want to focus on. You remain in full control throughout the review process.

Supporting participants across South East Queensland

We support participants across a wide area, from Maroochydore through to the City of Logan, largely focused on North Brisbane and the Moreton Bay Region.
