Reviewing a Decision

If a decision for a new plan doesn't align with your needs or goals, we're here to support you. Our experienced team will work closely with you to review the decision, assess the reasons behind it, and gather any necessary evidence or documentation to support your case. We'll guide you through the appeals or review process, ensuring you receive the best possible plan that truly reflects your unique requirements and aspirations. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities.

If, after the review, you are still not satisfied with the outcome, we'll guide you through the next steps. This may involve escalating the matter to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) or engaging in further discussions with the NDIS. Throughout this process, our support coordination team will continue striving to secure a plan that best aligns with your unique requirements.
